Beyond State TAC (Annexure - 1)
The minutes of State TAC in which the scheme was approved, should be included in the DPR. Whether the works proposed in the Scheme are individually approved by the State TAC? Works beyond the recommendation of State TAC should not be included in the proposed works. Whether any works beyond the recommendation of State TAC are included in the DPR? If No, the certificate as per the proforma given at Annexure — 1 shall be submitted.

Inter-state matter or International aspects (Annexure - 2)
Whether the Scheme has inter-state matter or international aspects? If yes, the details may be submitted. (only for Flood Control and Drainage schemes)

Annexure — 2 shall be submitted)
